Bollywood's famous celebrity choreographer Shiamak Davar was accused of sexual assault by two former students in this week.Shiamak Davar, age- 53 , teaches dance all around the world.India too has many institutions.

Lawsuit filed :
According to the news it has came up with that the lawsuit is filed in Canada's British Columbia by Shiamak Davar's former students namely Percy shroff (age - 40 ) and Jimmy Mistry (age - 33).

In the Lawsuit both former students say that Both of them suffered Years of unwanted sexual touching at the hands of the celebrity choreographer Shiamak Davar.
They also claim an incident where celebrity choreographer Shiamak Davar strted kissing shroff's neck and told him to lie down on top of him.
Mistry claims that when he was just 18 he was invited to watch TV is davar's bedroom wearing only his underwear.
Now Mistry and Shroof are suing Shiamak Davar for Psychological damages.Shroff also claimed that this lawsuit is not for the revenge instead its to protect his young son with an Ex-Wife,who is still a part of Shiamak Davar Dance group.
What does Shiamak Davar say ???
In response to all the allegations made on Shiamak Davar , he slammed all accusations and asked the court to dismiss the 2 lawsuits.
He says in response that both men are trying to spoil his and Davar's Institutions.
So both Mistry & Shroff have filed 2 lawsuits against their former dance teacher Shiamak Davar.
But none of their allegations or claims which they have made have been proved yet.So it would be too early to mention who is the culprit,Lets wait for the court's decision and their enquiry .
